GRAVITY surrounds and affects everyone on the planet and is constantly pulling us down!  As we mature we start to lose the elasticity in our skin and the negative effects of gravity become more obvious.  When we see the negative effects of gravity on our bodies such as increased asymmetry, sagging, loose skin and wrinkles we exercise to tone the muscles and uplift - So why not do the same for our faces?

 

It's quicker and easier to tone and change our faces because we are already exercising  our muscles when we express ourselves, talk, eat and even sub consciously.  We don't need to visit a gym, or find resistance exercises such as weights, because unlike our bodies, we don't have joints, ligaments and tendons in our faces, we are directly exercising muscles, so positive changes can happen very quickly.  

 

It's easy to incorporate targeted poses into our everyday activities such as when we walk, sit or even while we take a bathroom break!  When we feel happier about the way we look, our posture improves and happiness shows on our faces - the benefits are felt from the inside out!
