Our faces contain the most dense area of connected muscle in our entire body! They provide us with the ability to express our feelings, eat, sleep and are what makes us all individual.

Whatever our age, facial muscles are our foundation.  The key to having a toned, tighter face and radiant skin, is practising a combination of targeted yoga-like exercises and counter poses, increasing sensory awareness and isolating muscles so we can create a good foundation of support which lifts and smooths our skin.

WHAT IS FACE YOGA AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Breathing has an important role in Face Yoga helping to fill our bodies with fresh oxygenated air providing energy and warmth to muscles and promoting blood circulation helping to improve the health of our skin and entire body.

Breathing also helps to stretch our lungs and body and to relax and balance our minds.

Tapping and Acupressure also play a very important role in revitalising, releasing and relaxing our facial muscles and are included into a range of over 70 facial exercises.  Many facial poses work up to 3 areas of our faces in one go - because everything is connected!

Face Yoga also helps to activate the lymphatic system in our faces, neck and decollage reducing and eliminating droopiness, puffy and uneven skin tone which all contribute to premature aging.

The Face Yoga Method is PRO-AGE and is not only the key to unlocking a totally natural way of improving our appearance but in doing so provides us with an authentic sense of self, control over our own well being, confidence and self assurance .
